Engine: Mahle Motorsport® cylinder and piston set for Porsche® 911S conversion to 2.5 liter with Nickies™ cylinder and Mahle® piston set 9.3:1 CR (PS86-002N)

Porsche® 911S 2.5L PS86-002N Nickies Cylinder and Billet Piston Set by Mahle Motorsports. The included Nickies 86,7mm cylinders use a non-standard 94,50mm casing register and are a direct replacement for the original cast Mahle PC86-002 cylinders.

Nickies cylinders have many advantages:

• Twice the thermal conductivity and more surface area than factory cast aluminum cylinders.
• At least 50% greater tensile strength and ultimate yield strength than factory aluminum cylinders.
• Stronger and tougher than any cast cylinder.
• Increased strength and ductility enable larger bores and larger slip-fit ​​cylinders than previously possible – up to 106mm.
• Most cylinders are crescent shaped for better crankcase winding, which is typically good for 8-10 hp over non-lunar cylinders.
• Limited lifetime warranty on cylinder plating.
• Separate replacement cylinders available.
