Suspension: Adjustable ASP spring plates for Porsche 911, 912 and 930 Turbo from Elephant Racing

How does it work?
The 911 suspension was designed in the early 60s for narrow, high-profile, diagonal tires of the time. 'XNUMXs bias-ply tires didn't need or like much negative camber.

Fast forward 50+ years to 2013 – tire technology has advanced – we use wide, low profile radial tires. Modern tires need a lot of negative camber to have good grip. No surprise, the 911 suspension designed nearly 50 years ago doesn't match the needs of modern tires!

All modern Porsches are designed with aggressive camber curves to match the needs of radial tires, starting with the 911 964 (1990) and continuing with current models. The ASP updates the early 911 suspension to perform similarly with modern radial tires.
