Gearbox: WEVO shifter 356

The shifter is suitable for all 356C and SC models 1964 and 1965. It can be used in all 356B, for the later versions is an exact fit, in earlier cars ~ 1960 and 61, the heater control has to be updated the late B and C version liver.
