The Accusump is the original automotive oil accumulator used to prevent oil shortage. The Accusump is connected to the pressure side of an engine's oil system and is charged by the engine's own oil pump. The simple, efficient design revolves around a hydraulic piston that separates the air priming side from the oil reservoir side. On the oil side of the Accusump, it has an outlet that goes to the oil system of the engine, controlled by a valve. Ideal for race or trackday conversion.
