CP-Carrillo: Connecting rod set for Porsche 986 Boxster, 987 Cayman and 996 with WMC bolts PCA Club Racing Legal Spec Class

CP-Carrillo connecting rods are fully machined from a proprietary 4330m alloy forging for strength and durability. Connecting rods are available with 2 types of bolts: the standard WMC-H7 (H11) bolt with a UTS of 220ksi and our upgraded CARR-S7 (MP35N) bolt with a UTS of 285ksi.

The CARR upgraded bolt is a good choice if you plan to rev the engine above 8500 rpm. All of these bolts are manufactured with asymmetrical threads, each thread having a slightly different design to the last giving the bolts an evenly spaced thread engagement. This helps to increase clamp load and fastener life.
